To further enhance employees’ sense of belonging and cohesion, and to continuously foster a warm and harmonious corporate culture, Hoffen Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. of Xuzhou recently organized a Q4 employee birthday celebration under the theme “United in Purpose · Together All the Way.” Employees from various departments gathered together to share this warm and meaningful moment.
The atmosphere at the event was relaxed and cordial. The company extended its sincere wishes to employees celebrating birthdays in the fourth quarter, expressing gratitude for their dedication and contributions in their respective roles. Production Director Wei Chongyuan then delivered his congratulations and, as the presenter of the birthday gifts, distributed winter clothing vouchers to the employees present, ensuring that the company’s care was tangibly conveyed to every staff member.
During the interactive session, a corporate culture quiz with prizes was arranged. The questions focused on the company’s development history, corporate vision, and related fundamental knowledge. Employees participated enthusiastically and competed to answer, with the atmosphere growing increasingly lively. Professor Shan Zhihua, President of the Hoffen Research Institute, presented commemorative gifts to employees who answered correctly, further deepening their understanding and identification with the company’s culture and development direction through relaxed and engaging interaction.
At the conclusion of the event, all participants took a group photo and shared the birthday cake together. Amid laughter and cheerful conversation, the Q4 employee birthday celebration came to a successful close.
