To further enhance organizational management standards and professional technical capabilities, and to strengthen support for the company’s high-quality development, Hoffen organized a series of training programs on management and professional capability improvement at the beginning of 2026.

The training covered multiple areas, including management system development, the deepening of professional expertise, and the enhancement of team collaboration.

Based on its strategic development needs for 2026, Hoffen conducted advance research and carefully selected training topics. The program progressed step by step—from management personnel to technical backbones, and from quality systems to team psychology—forming a closely connected training framework.

Through systematic learning, the initiative aims to promote a comprehensive upgrade of the organization’s overall capabilities.

In the management capability module, MTP-certified trainer Yang Gang delivered systematic training on five core topics: goal management, work planning, time management, efficient meetings, and problem analysis.

By integrating practical corporate cases, the sessions focused on strengthening managers’ systematic thinking and execution capabilities, while promoting the standardization of management tools and the practical implementation of management methods.

In response to the company’s expanding business in the automotive sector, Mr. Wang Xingang delivered systematic training on the automotive industry quality management system and the requirements of IATF 16949.

The program aimed to strengthen quality awareness and system-oriented thinking, thereby enhancing Hoffen’s competitiveness within the automotive supply chain.

The company also invited Ms. Wei Liumei, who has many years of experience in psychological counseling and team coaching, to deliver courses on team cohesion and psychological development. The program aimed to help employees strengthen collaboration awareness and self-understanding, while fostering a positive and progressive organizational atmosphere.

At the same time, in terms of professional capability development, the training specially invited Professor Shan Zhihua from Sichuan University, President of the Hoffen Research Institute, together with the company’s internal technical experts—including Coating Manager Luo Ping and Quality Inspection Director Xing Fangfang—to deliver specialized lectures on leather expertise and industry development trends.

Drawing on their industry experience and insights from the forefront of technological development, the speakers provided in-depth analysis of technological evolution in the sector, helping the technical team broaden their perspectives, deepen their understanding, and stimulate innovation.

This series of training programs featured systematic content and clear priorities, representing an important initiative by Hoffen to advance management upgrading and professional specialization.
