In August, brimming with enthusiasm, Hoffen organized its management trainees for a team-building event in the picturesque city of Lianyungang, themed “Youth in Bloom, Future Sets Sail.”

Lian Island Scenery
As the largest island in Jiangsu Province, Lian Island is renowned for its stunning natural beauty and abundant tourism resources. The management trainees strolled along the sea-viewing platform, gazing at the seamless blend of sea and sky, fully immersing themselves in the unique coastal charm. The island’s breathtaking scenery soothed everyone’s spirits, leaving behind countless unforgettable and cherished moments.

Team-Building Activities
The company meticulously planned a series of team-building activities, including collaborative games and individual challenges. The trainees showcased their youthful energy and teamwork skills, strengthening trust and rapport while earning exciting prizes. During the event, the Production Director reflected on the company’s growth journey, sharing memorable anecdotes from Hoffen’s progress and encouraging the trainees to uphold the Hoffen spirit, work proactively, unlock their potential, and contribute to both the company’s and their own futures.

Yuntai Mountain by the Sea
Together, the group climbed to the summit of Lianyungang’s famous Yuntai Mountain by the Sea, a site hailed as the “First Immortal Mountain over the Sea” for its majestic presence and unique geographical position. During the ascent, the trainees challenged themselves, tempered their resolve, and were rewarded with the awe-inspiring views from the top. The experience evoked a sense of “the mountain’s height is shaped by human effort” and inspired a bold realization: “I may be a humble blade of grass, but I too can become a towering peak.

The two-day team-building event concluded amid laughter and joy, with the trainees deeply feeling the power of teamwork and the company’s care. They expressed their commitment to bringing the positive energy gained from the event into their work, ready to face future challenges with an even more proactive attitude.
