"Years Reflect the Original Intention, Time Witnesses the Glory" — Hoffen Retired Employees Reunion Event

To express respect and care for retired employees and to inspire current employees to learn from the spirit of their predecessors, Hoffen High Polymer hosted an event from November 15 to 17, 2024, with the theme "Years Reflect the Original Intention, Time Witnesses the Glory."

On November 15, retired employees, or "old friends," arrived at Suining High-Speed Railway Station, where young employees welcomed them with passionate red scarves. Upon arriving at the factory, they entered the venue amid enthusiastic applause and a corridor of warm welcomes. Chairwoman Ms. Song Xiaoqun and President Mr. Chen Zhijun delivered welcome speeches and engaged in friendly conversations with the guests.

The retired employees then toured the factory’s modern facilities, including the workshop, smart warehouse, R&D building, and employee canteen. They were deeply impressed by the company’s comprehensive upgrades and developments and engaged in discussions with the employees in the office. The day concluded with a warm and joyful dinner, where old memories were shared, and the future was discussed.

On the second day, during an experience-sharing session, representatives of the retired employees, including Zhu Jianhua, Gu Qiwen, Ding Bairong, Xie Shurong, and Hou Jianfang, spoke about their glorious past, shared work experiences, and emphasized the importance of innovation, teamwork, and safe production. Their speeches received enthusiastic applause from the audience. The young employees then engaged in active dialogue with the experienced former employees, gaining a deeper understanding of the company’s history and a more direct insight into industry trends.

After the event, the retired employees toured famous scenic spots in Xuzhou, including Yunlong Lake, Hubu Mountain Folk Custom Museum, Xuzhou Museum, the Huaihai Campaign Memorial Tower, and Baolian Temple. They were greatly impressed by the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Xuzhou and enjoyed authentic local delicacies, such as “di guo ji” (pot chicken), lamb soup, and “lao mo” (flatbread wrapped with crispy pastry), leaving with fond memories.

This event not only demonstrated Hoffen High Polymer’s sincere care for its retired employees but also highlighted the core company values of “unity, cooperation, gratitude, and responsibility.” Hoffen High Polymer will continue to be driven by gratitude, working together with all employees to achieve a brighter future.
