Cooling Relief in the Scorching Summer, Drops of Care Refresh the Heart

Amid persistent high temperatures, our dedicated workers bravely endure the heat to remain at their posts. To safeguard the health of frontline employees, Xuzhou Hoffen has organized a series of "Cooling Relief" activities to combat the heat and provide comfort. Through these tangible actions, we show our care for our staff as we collectively battle the summer heat.
During lunch and the hottest hours, the company provides refreshing watermelon in the cafeteria to help employees cool off. As workshop temperatures soar in the afternoon, colleagues from the General Management Department continuously deliver chilled mung bean soup or icy drinks to frontline workers, striving to offer everyone a refreshing break from the summer heat.
Company President Mr. Chen Zhijun presented all employees with a six-piece anti-insect and mosquito-repellent kit, including electric mosquito repellent liquid, IKEA solid air freshener, forest-scented mosquito repellent spray, Shuku lemon essential oil patches, sleep-aid soothing essence, and a forest-scented protective wristband. This thoughtful gesture fully reflects Mr. Chen’s emphasis on employee well-being.
The company union also carefully prepared care packages, distributing an eight-piece set of practical items to workshop employees, including shirts, shampoo, floral water, umbrellas, cups, soap, and towels.
The company expresses gratitude to the workers steadfastly holding the frontline and has implemented multiple practical and effective measures to ensure heat prevention and employee safety and health. The ongoing "Cooling Relief" initiatives convey the company’s deep care for its staff, enabling everyone to engage in their work with improved physical and mental well-being.
